The Kitchen

The bespoke kitchen includes a range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

Stunning worktops are made from local timber, and French windows open out into the front of the property.

Open Plan Dining Room

The dining room features a restored church pew and dining table that seats up to eight people. The dining room opens on to the lounge.

Lounge

A contemporary woodburner and comfy sofa gives the lounge a cozy feel. The slate floor throughout the downstairs is warmed by underfloor heating.

Ground Floor Bedroom

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed on the mezzanine level, as well as two singles on the ground floor. The two singles can be put together as a king bed if required.

Access to the mezzanine level is via a ladder stairway.

Ground Floor Shower Room

The downstairs shower room includes heated slate floor, a large walk-in shower, toilet and custom sink.

Master Bedroom

The large master bedroom features a king size bed, and French windows opening out to a view across the Camel Valley.

First Floor Lounge

The upstairs lounge has a TV and DVD player (complete with large selection of films), two large sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed. A balcony looks over the dining area.

First Floor Bathroom

The bathroom upstairs has a contemporary roll-top bath, separate shower unit and custom sink.

Garden and Barbeque

The south-west facing walled garden makes the most of the Cornish summer sun; it's a real sun trap.

At the top of the garden you will find a slate patio area and barbeque.
